As a Regulatory Reporting Intern, you will support the Regulatory Reporting / Regulatory Operations team in the preparation, validation, and analysis of regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with large, structured datasets and collaborate closely with Compliance and Technology teams to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and robustness of QRTs regulatory reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Eligibility: First, second or penultimate year students pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work methodically and accurately with large datasets.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python and SQL (through coursework, projects, or internships).Experience working with structured data and performing data validation or analysis.
Interest Areas: Genuine interest in regulatory reporting, controls, data quality, and financial markets.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment. Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions and learn quickly.
Approach: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team.
