Ferguson is currently seeking 2ndShift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

2nd Shift Schedule:Monday–Friday, with a3:00PM or 5:00 PM start time, depending on job responsibilities.

• Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour ($20.00 + $2.50 shift differential)

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtimeincluding extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operatingpowered industrial equipment(stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely performphysically demanding workin a warehouse environment, including lifting up to50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendanceand ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following allsafety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
