Position Description:

In this highly technical role, you will serve as the primary action officer for external system integration and counterterrorism data architectures. You will act as the critical bridge between operational law enforcement requirements and technical system capabilities, ensuring the seamless development and flow of threat intelligence across national-level databases.

ON-SITE: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Russell- Knox Building, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

The contractor shall provide Law Enforcement action officer support to the Counterintelligence & Security Directorate. The Contractor shall:

Supports the review, analysis, development and implementation of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Multiple Threat Alert Center (MTAC) function for the DoD in managing known or suspected terrorist encounter information in support of the following references:
- IMESA TSDB Alert Development and Monitoring Business Requirements.
On a daily basis provide senior level advice to support the DoW physical security program, personnel security program, insider threat program and maintenance of law and order on DoW installations.
On a daily basis, interface with law enforcement counterparts, military criminal investigative organizations, the defense manpower data center, and terrorist screening center on NCIS MTAC issues pertaining to the development and monitoring of terrorist screening database alerts.
Manage all takings assigned by MTAC leadership to support the Identify Matching Engine for Security and Analysis (IMESA.
Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting summary reports.

Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:

Active TS/SCI Clearance
3-7 Years related experience

Bachelor's degree
