So, What's the role all about?
We are looking for anAccount Executive to join our NiCE Actimize sales team, focusing on driving growth across ahigh-potential international territory in Europe.
You will be responsible for selling NiCE Actimizesfull Financial Crime portfolio (AML, Fraud, KYC, Payments, and Analytics), takingownership of active opportunities and existing pipeline, while building new pipeline to support continued growth.
You will own theend-to-end sales cycle, managing amix of in-flight deals and new business generation, with a focus onwinning strategic, high-value opportunities.
How will you make an impact?
- Own and drivenew business sales across your assigned territory
- Take over andprogress selected in-flight opportunities while building new pipeline
- Manage thefull sales cycle: account planning, qualification, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintainsenior stakeholder relationships, including C-level
- Leadcomplex deal cycles and coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, product, partners)
- Leverage the partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and support deal execution
- Negotiate and closeenterprise agreements
- Maintainpipeline discipline and forecast accuracy

Have you got what it takes?
- Provenenterprise software sales experience (3+ years)
- Stronghunter mindset with a track record innew business generation
- Experience sellingcomplex solutions with long sales cycles
- Background inFinancial Crime (AML, Fraud, KYC)
- Comfortable engagingC-level and senior stakeholders
- Strongdeal orchestration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience withcontract negotiation and closing
- Ability toramp quickly and impact pipeline within the first months
- Comfortable operating acrossmulti-country territories in Europe
- Based inUK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain (remote)
- Willingness to travel across the region (~2 trips per month)
