Account Finance - Associate

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide basic financial analysis and support for their financial strategies.
• Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze financial data and report on key financial metrics, emphasizing providing fundamental insights.
• Track financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budgets and providing basic recommendations.
• Participate in assessing operational costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Translate financial data into fundamental insights to support business unit leaders in decision-making.
• Work closely with finance colleagues and other departments for consistency in financial strategies and practices.
• Actively seek opportunities for learning and professional growth in finance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
