Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide basic financial analysis and support for their financial strategies.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Analyze financial data and report on key financial metrics, with an emphasis on providing fundamental insights.
- Keep track of financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budgets and providing basic recommendations.
- Participate in the assessment of operational costs, looking for potential opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Translate financial data into fundamental insights to support business unit leaders in their decision-making processes.
- Work closely with colleagues in finance and other departments to ensure consistency in financial strategies and practices across the organization.
- Actively seek opportunities for learning and professional growth in the field of finance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
