Purpose of the Role:
To manage and coordinate all assigned client-facing activities across NeoHealthHub, ensuring that our clients receive a consistently excellent experience throughout the full lifecycle of their engagement — from onboarding and contract setup through to delivery, reporting, and offboarding.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services and working collaboratively with the operations, finance, and Market Access Director teams, the post holder will act as the primary point of contact for designated NeoHealthHub clients. The role requires a proactive, mature individual who takes ownership of client relationships, anticipates needs, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

They are highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising on quality.
They possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large organisations. They have a solid understanding of financial principles including profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting. They are comfortable navigating regulated environments and are committed to compliance and ethical practice.
