Accounting Operations Intern

About the Role

At NN RAS, we are building a modern and future-ready Finance Shared Service environment supporting international business operations.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Operations Intern who is interested in finance processes, eager to learn, and willing to grow with us long-term in a dynamic SSC environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international Operations while supporting accounting and operational finance activities in a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

·Support month-end closing activities, especially during the first half of each month

·Support daily Accounting Operations activities within a shared service environment

·Assist AP / Payment / accounting-related operational processes

·Help with reporting, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks

·Maintain accurate records and support process documentation

·Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives

·Work with ERP systems and internal finance tools

·Support ad hoc accounting operational activities when needed

What We Are Looking For

·Ongoing university or college studies in:

oFinance

oAccounting

oEconomics

oBusiness Administration

oor related field

OR

·Previous internship/work experience in Finance, Accounting, SSC

·Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

·Availability to work at least 20 hours/week

·Higher availability during month-end closing periods is an advantage

·Strong willingness to learn and develop in Accounting Operation

·Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

·Good team player with strong communication skills

·Ability to work independently and manage priorities

·ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is an advantage

·MS Excel knowledge is must have
