You are the critical success driver for new Mid-Market clients on Reddit. Your mission is to rapidly onboard new accounts, establish a clear Test & Learn roadmap, drive campaign optimization, and achieve core client goals within the first six months. By proving the value of the platform By ensuring our clients are set up to succeed on Reddit, and identifying early upsell opportunities, you will ensure clients are in a rapid scaling mode before graduating them seamlessly to the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Strategy:Lead the process of them activating on Reddit for the first time by supporting them with the Business Manager and initial campaign creation processes.
Performance Optimization & Goal Attainment: Proactively analyze campaign performance data, implement a continuous Test & Learn roadmap (e.g., A/B testing creative, audience segmentation), and provide >Candidate Privacy Policy for Potential Employees and Contractors.
