Rol Principal

Ser un soporte administrativo en gestión de actividades agrícolas, planeador de recursos de mano de obra, activos y facilitador de información de actividades del proceso de agave.

Role Responsibilities

Control de trazabilidad de hijuelos (Reporte de arranque y establecimiento de hijuelos).

Control de inventario de NRL, solicitud de materiales y seguimiento a inventario en cada región agrícola.

Gestión de pago a proveedores de insumos NRL (Elaboración de requisición, entrada y liberación de facturas en SAP).

Pago de labores culturales de plantación (Elaboración de requisición, entrada y liberación de facturas en SAP).

Planeación de necesidades de activos maquinaria e indumentaria.

Planeación de necesidades de mano de obra.

Qualifications

Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Finanzas.

Conocimientos:

Excel Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas, análisis de bases de datos, formulas avanzadas).

SAP

Conocimiento de NRL y proceso de producción de agave.
