Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThis role provides expertise in reporting, data analysis, and system administration to support decision-making and business objectives across regions including but not limited to North America, EO and QBE Capital. The position supports Workday Adaptive Planning and Reporting, while also managing Workday-related reporting and data analysis requests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver reporting and data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making
- Support administration and optimal use of Workday Adaptive Planning and Reporting for North America and EO; therefore, willing to work on a night shift
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and Global Admins to deliver effective system solutions
- Manage Workday-related reporting and data analysis requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting outputs
- Support data requests by reviewing requirements, identifying appropriate data sources, and extracting relevant data for stakeholders
- Analyze, test, and manipulate data following established guidelines; escalate issues as needed
- Assist in ad hoc reporting and special projects, ensuring outputs align with business needs
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with guidance from senior team members
- Document data processes, workflows, and analysis methodologies
