Job Summary
Administrative Officer responsible for supporting sales operations, customer coordination, and administrative processes to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage customer data, verify documents, track payments, and prepare sales-related reports accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments while providing professional support and excellent service experience.
Job Description
- Create and maintain new customer data in the Back Office System.
- Verify document accuracy and maintain proper filing records.
- Monitor and track payment transactions and related records.
- Prepare and summarize sales reports and other assigned reports.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as assigned.
- Support additional tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Age between 22–30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Passion for customer service and coordination work.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and quick problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Familiar with video content creation, social media platforms, and adaptable to AI-related working trends.
Patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
