Job Description:
75% Document Management & Data Processing
▪ Download transcripts electronically and post to Admissions & Recruitment Systems.
▪ Receive transcripts by mail and post to Admissions & Recruitment Systems.
▪ Scan and verify transcripts through imaging system
▪ Notify Admission Counselors of transcripts received
▪ Determine if transcripts are complete and official
▪ Notify students if there are issues with transcripts received
