Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage AIS PLAY advertising business by developing advertising strategies, packaging, and monetization models across sports and entertainment content, in order to maximize advertising revenue and long-term platform growth.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall advertising monetization strategy for AIS PLAY.
- Design and manage advertising and sponsorship packages across sports, entertainment, and digital platforms.
- Define pricing strategy, advertising inventory, and monetization models (e.g. sponsorship, branded content, programmatic, revenue sharing).
- Coordinate with Content, Marketing, Product, Production to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Oversee and guide sales activities for sponsorship and programmatic advertising to align with revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Monitor advertising performance, revenue, and campaign effectiveness, and report to management.
- Identify new advertising formats and business opportunities to enhance monetization capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in advertising, media sales, digital platforms, or OTT business.
- Strong knowledge of advertising monetization, sponsorship, and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English communication.
