Salesforce, the leading AI CRM platform, seeks an Agentic Integration Specialist to join its Forward Deployed Engineering Team. This role involves designing, building, and managing integrations that empower AI agents (Agentforce) to autonomously interact with various enterprise systems. Responsibilities include creating robust integration architectures, orchestrating multi-agent systems, developing APIs, automating workflows, ensuring security protocols, managing data flows, and optimizing system performance.
Your Impact:
- Design and implement scalable, secure system and agent integration architectures.
- Develop and manage multi-agent orchestration using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Implement protocols for agent-to-agent communication enabling collaboration.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain APIs (REST, SOAP) for seamless data exchange.
- Translate business processes into automated agent-driven workflows.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth and SAML.
- Manage real-time data flows and transformations across systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in technical integration roles such as Integration Developer or API Specialist.
- Expertise in API design and development (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS) like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Familiarity with JSON, XML data formats, and transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Conceptual understanding of AI multi-agent systems and automation projects is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills to work across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating with Salesforce platform and APIs.
- MuleSoft Developer or Architect certification.
- Familiarity with cloud provider integration services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in Agile development environments.
