About the Role:
We are seeking a technically adept and innovative Agentic Integration Specialist to join our Forward Deployed Engineering Team. You will design, build, and manage integrations enabling AI agents to autonomously act across business systems and orchestrate collaboration among multiple AI agents.
Your Impact:
- Design and implement secure integration architectures connecting AI agents to enterprise applications.
- Manage multi-agent orchestration and communication protocols.
- Develop and maintain custom APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate on workflow automation translating business processes into agent-driven workflows.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols.
- Manage real-time data flow and transformations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in technical integration roles.
- Expertise in API design/development (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, data transformation, message queues, event-driven architectures.
- Conceptual grasp of multi-agent AI systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce platform integrations.
- MuleSoft certification desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud provider integration services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in Agile environments.

- New York: $172,000 - $334,600
- Washington: $157,600 - $306,600
- Maryland: $157,600 - $306,600
- California: $157,600 - $334,600
- Illinois: $157,600 - $306,600
- Massachusetts: $157,600 - $306,600
