We are seeking an AI Data Trainer & AI Model Optimization Engineer to develop, train, validate, and continuously improve AI models that power intelligent document processing, entity extraction, document classification, and compliance automation solutions.
In this role, you will build and maintain training pipelines, generate and validate training datasets, and optimize Small Language Models (SLMs), FastText classifiers, LLM-assisted workflows, and domain-specific extraction engines across regulated and >purebenefits.com for more information.
