As part of the AI Governance team, you will enhance project delivery through innovative methodologies and technology resources. As a Manager, you will lead teams in assessing governance, risk, and control programs while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills. Responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks to manage risks and maintain regulatory compliance for clientsProviding strategic advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance internal controlsOverseeing the execution of compliance program implementations and policy reviews to mitigate risks effectivelyDirecting teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment in ambiguous and challenging environmentsCrafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholdersValidating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to drive project successApplying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizationsInitiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teamsConducting controls testing and compliance reviews to confirm adherence to regulatory standards and internal policiesUtilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning to enhance business performance and decision-making processesWhat You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 6 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology ManagementApplying experience in AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation, including awareness of AI lifecycles and leading risk frameworks such as NIST and ISOSupporting the design and assessment of AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs, while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrating advanced skills in compliance program implementation and reviewLeading strategic questioning and storytelling to drive impactful decisionsUtilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving in governanceManaging C-Level presentations with clarity and influenceApplying systems thinking to identify and address underlying issuesExcelling in coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teamsThe salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
