Job Description

Our 19-month program is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential talent through 3 job rotations across key business areas. You will gain cross-functional experience, build leadership skills, and work on impactful projects that prepare you for your future within the organization.

Opening Tracks:

• Business Track (i.e. Communication, Customer Management, Enterprise Sales, Human Resources, Retail Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Data Track
• Developer Track
• IT Solutions Track

Recruitment Timeline:

• Application Period: Now - 30th June 2026
• Online Assessment: June 2026
• 1st Interview: June - July 2026
• 2nd Interview: July - August 2026
• Job Offer: September 2026
• Onboarding Date: 1st December 2026

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, challenges, and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Creative and strategic thinking skills with the capacity to tackle complex problems and deliver effective solutions
