As an AI Data Scientist Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, enabling informed decision-making and solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery.

Leading data science initiatives to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-makingGuiding teams in the application of advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problemsDeveloping and implementing data models and algorithms to enhance predictive capabilitiesOverseeing the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data processingUtilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques to drive innovation and improve data-driven strategiesCollaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growthCoaching team members to enhance their skills in data science workflows and troubleshootingValidating data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks to support reliable insightsEncouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in data science projectsManaging project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business objectivesWhat You Must Have

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/InsuranceApplies statistical analysis, machine learning, data preparation, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques to develop and validate AI/ML solutionsUtilizing Python, data science libraries, model validation methods, and modern AI/ML approaches, including generative AI where relevant, to communicate actionable insights to business and technical stakeholdersDemonstrating proficiency in data science algorithms and workflowsUtilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques effectivelyExcelling in complex data analysis and predictive modelingManaging data pipelines and confirming data qualityLeveraging programming languages for data engineering tasksEmbracing change and fostering innovation in data science projectsThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
