Project Role : Application Developer

Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:

Candidate must have hands-on experience as a Java Full Stack developer including frontend development using Angular and backend development using Java and SpringBoot Microservices. The candidate should analyze existing applications, understand the flow from UI to backend services including database, and have working knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle and Agile methodology is required. Experience with analyzing requirements, creating design documents, solution plans, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of Insurance domain is a plus.

As an Application Developer, responsibilities include design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to business process requirements, collaboration with team members, development of innovative solutions, testing and debugging, and adapting to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Participate actively in team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in documentation of application specifications and user guides.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good to have: Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based in Pune office.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
