Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams, developing and optimizing applications for performance and usability, problem-solving, and providing insights to enhance functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate and manage team performance.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with integration patterns and data transformation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Additional Information: Minimum 12 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks required. Position based in Chennai. Requires 15 years of full-time education.
