- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Technical Experience:
- Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good to have skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
