Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with various teams to understand needs, develop solutions enhancing operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Engage in problem-solving activities providing innovative solutions across multiple teams, while improving application performance and user experience.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in developing and configuring SAP applications.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 12 years experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Position based in Pune.
• Required 15 years full time education.
