Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, develop solutions aligning with business objectives, and ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability. Engage in problem-solving, providing insights and recommendations to enhance functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information: Minimum 7.5 years experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture, based in Kolkata, with 15 years full time education required.
