Project Role Description : Responsibilities: As a Mid-Level Application Lead, you'll use your advanced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting expertise to lead the implementation of modernized financial systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, leading a team of developers, conducting system testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless data integration with other IT components. You should have advanced proficiency in SAP Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation.

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial systems through the implementation of advanced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with a team of developers, designing innovative solutions, conducting thorough system testing, and ensuring that data integration processes run smoothly. You will also engage in troubleshooting activities to resolve any issues that arise, all while leading your team towards achieving project goals and maintaining high standards of quality in your work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Oversee the design and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting functionalities.
• Experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables.
• Ability to conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data integration processes and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
