Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Must have skills: Snowflake Data Warehouse

Minimum experience: 5 years

Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with various teams to align application development with business objectives, oversee project timelines, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide guidance and support to your team, promote best practices, and shape the direction of application projects to meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments for timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages.
• Ability to analyze and optimize database performance.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Location: Pune.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
