Your day includes collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing development, and ensuring application alignment with requirements. Engage in problem-solving and stay updated on development trends, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform independently and become an SME.
- Participate actively in team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday US Time Tracking.
- Position is based at Gurugram office.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Workday related certification preferred.
