Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Skills Required:

• Must have: Java Full Stack Development
• Good to have: Apache Kafka

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, develop innovative solutions, optimize applications for performance and usability, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team fostering innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate and manage the team
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions across teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Core: Java Full Stack Development
• Preferred: Apache Kafka
• Familiarity with Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Version control: Git

Additional Information:

• Position based in Mumbai
• Minimum 5 years experience in Java Full Stack Development
• 15 years full time education required
