Good to have skills: Energy Fundamentals

Experience: Minimum 7.5 years required

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to ensure application requirements are met, overseeing development processes, providing team guidance, problem-solving, aligning applications with business needs, and fostering a collaborative innovative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate and manage the team performance.
• Lead team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Experience with Energy Fundamentals is a plus.
• Strong understanding of application design and development.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
