As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications that support business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems, Epic Cadence, Prelude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems to track and resolve user-reported issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support best practices.

Additional Information:

• Based in Bengaluru office.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
