Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards delivering timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participate actively in team discussions.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in documenting processes and solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have proficiency in EPIC Systems and any module in EPIC.
- Good to have experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- Position based at Chennai office.
- Requires 15 years of full-time education.
