What you'll do:
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain Joining tracker and documentation, interview coordination for Apprentice positions2. HR Operations
Support onboarding activities (documentation, employee communication & followups)Raising employee change tickets in SNOWAssist in maintaining employee records in HR systemsWork on data entry, verification, and reportingTime & Attendance Support (Kronos)3. Employee Engagement
Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities and eventsAssist in communication and coordination for HR programs4. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (hiring, onboarding, attrition etc.)Help track key HR metrics and maintain trackers via TIP5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and candidatesProvide administrative support to HRBPs and HR operations teamsQualifications:Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldFreshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience (consistent with hiring flexibility discussed internally)Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPointStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong learning agilityCommunication & stakeholder managementData handling and basic analyticsTeam collaborationConfidentiality and professionalism
