
Responsiblefordelivering on-site vision screening, refraction, and contact lens fitting as part of the corporate activation program. The role focuses on driving contact lens trials, patient education,andsupporting conversion, ensuring a high-quality clinicalexperiencefor consumerswhile contributing to overall program effectiveness.
Major Activities
Conduct vision screening usingappropriateequipments.
Perform objective and subjective refractiontodetermineandfinalizeaccurateprescriptions.
Assess contact lens suitability and recommendappropriate solutions.
Execute contact lens fitting and trial process,includinglensselectionand fitting,comfortevaluation,visual acuityassessmentandtrial kit handover.
Providecomprehensivepatient education, includingDo’s and Don’ts of contact lens usage,hygiene and maintenancepractices,applicationand removal techniques.
Deliver pre- and post-fitting counselling to build consumer confidence, especially for first-time users.
Address patient queries and concerns to support contact lens adoptionand retention.
Collaborate with promoters andECPsto ensure a seamless consumer journey.
