DEPT is seeking a highly analytical and technical Architect Software Engineer (Adobe - AJO, AEP, RTCDP) to join our forward-deployed architecture squad in North America. Mapped back to our platform-agnostic Data and Martech Crafts, this role is a hands-on architect seat. You will specialize in real-time streaming pipeline tuning, profile stitching optimization, database-to-platform ingestion modeling, and automated lifecycle program orchestration.
You will step directly into complex enterprise environments to audit and optimize identity configurations, resolve database identity collisions, and re-design streaming pipeline rules to ensure high-accuracy profile matching. You will build, test, and stabilize broken multi-channel automated campaigns failing due to complex logical splits or delivery loops, restoring data trust and campaign performance.
