As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding-related challenges to enhance throughput and quality.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

Performing welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment.

• Conducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
• Supporting the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues.
• Enhancing throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Participating in training initiatives and supporting the development of team members.
• Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Completing required periodic welding tests and maintaining qualifications per certification procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field.

• Have experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Have experience in welding applications within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Be familiar with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Be a team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Show a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Be willing to complete and maintain required welding certifications and tests.

This role follows a general work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• On-call support is required every other weekend
