Our Asset Protection Security team uses advanced technology and analytics tools to reduce shortages and protect our bottom line. As an Asset Protection Detective, you will have the opportunity to receive expert training and develop your skills in this role. You will create and foster relationships with store teams and law enforcement agencies. Our goal is to protect company assets while maintaining a safe, customer-centric shopping environment.
Responsibilities include using surveillance techniques, understanding de-escalation tools, recovering stolen merchandise, researching and providing statements and evidence, preparing reports, maintaining compliance with laws and company policies, building partnerships, testifying in court, training colleagues, responding to alarms, facilitating first aid, and fostering an environment of acceptance and respect.
Qualifications include flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, being a resourceful self-starter, effective communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, obtaining required licenses and certifications, and having a high school diploma or equivalent.
