Assistant Director, Digital Marketing (1-year contract)

You will be a part of HPB’s Digital Marketing Team, where technology meets purpose. The team harnesses the power of data and digital to reach and engage Singaporeans on their health journeys, through a diverse portfolio spanning marketing automation and personalisation, email marketing, online content management, digital analytics and app feature ownership and governance, while building and optimising HPB's MarTech capabilities to support more effective, data-driven marketing. Beyond this, the team also supports workplace health marketing efforts, bringing health promotion closer to where Singaporeans work and live.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of the Digital Marketingteam, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.

You will drive HPB's personalised communications efforts across email and app, and play a key role in evolving how HPB leverages marketing technology to reach and engage Singaporeans more effectively.

You will govern and develop app features, including overseeing the prioritisation of digital content on HPB's flagship app, to support its digital health engagement goals.

You will oversee digital analytics and campaign performance tracking to inform and sharpen marketing decisions.

You will be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

You will lead and develop a team within the Digital Marketing department.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 8 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, with a strong foundation in marketing technology and operations, and digital marketing. The candidate should also possess:

• Proven experience with a wide range of MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Sitecore CMS and AI recommendation systems.

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external matrix teams.

• Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform well under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil and present complex concepts clearly and concisely.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Budget management experience.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract.
