Business Planning & Strategic Planning
Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularlyPrepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirementsSupport to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trendsBusiness Analysis & Reporting
Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trendsAssist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basisFunctional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human ResourcesImplementation and execution of SFDC
Implementation and execution of ZYLEM
Incentive Calculation
Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary dataQuarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions.Annual incentive scheme formulation
Quarterly and Annual incentive payouts
