
This role is based in Thailand, responsible for Customer Relationship Management for Disney+ Hotstar in Southeast Asia & Thailand.
The Walt Disney Company's Direct-To-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment provides global access to content via streaming services. Combining Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ alongside Disney's international media businesses, DTCI aims to deliver personalized entertainment worldwide.
This role in the Lifecycle team drives customer engagement and retention through campaign development, setup, and optimization supporting acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value for Disney+ Hotstar.
Qualifications include experience in CRM marketing, preferably in online subscription businesses; skills with CRM tools such as Braze or Salesforce; experience with digital channels including apps and websites; capability to map and create customer journeys; hands-on campaign development from strategy to execution; agency management; and strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
