
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) trains doctors who put patients at the centre of their exemplary care. The School, which offers both undergraduate and graduate programmes, is named after local philanthropist Tan Sri Dato Lee Kong Chian. Established in 2010 by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in partnership with Imperial College London, LKCMedicine aims to be a model for innovative medical education and a centre for transformative research. The School’s primary clinical partner is the National Healthcare Group, a leader in public healthcare recognised for the quality of its medical expertise, facilities and teaching. The School is transitioning to an NTU medical school ahead of the 2028 successful conclusion of the NTU-Imperial partnership to set up a Joint Medical School. In August 2024, we welcomed our first intake of the NTU MBBS programme, that has been recently enhanced to include themes like precision medicine and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare, with an expanded scope in the medical humanities. Graduates from the five-year undergraduate medical degree programme will have a strong understanding of the scientific basis of medicine, with an emphasis on technology, data science and the humanities.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager (Marketing), Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes to join our team at LKCMedicine. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives for postgraduate and continuing education programmes, contributing to professional development and advancing medical knowledge. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and engaging with a diverse audience of healthcare professionals and institutional partners. The Assistant Manager (Marketing), Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes will be responsible for developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns that raise programme visibility, grow enrolments, strategically identify and cultivate new partnerships, and ensure the accreditation of programmes, ultimately positioning LKCMedicine as a leader in healthcare education and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Implementing integrated marketing and business development plans to support student recruitment, cultivate strategic partnerships, and enhance programme branding across postgraduate and continuing education portfolios.
Creating and managing digital campaigns on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and other relevant platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
Optimising SEO/SEM and paid media to improve visibility, lead generation, and conversions.
Designing targeted outreach to institutional partners, hospitals, healthcare groups, and professional associations to build awareness and generate leads.
Overseeing creation of high-quality marketing content including brochures, eDMs, videos, case studies, and event promotions.
Managing the LKCMedicine postgraduate programmes microsite/website and ensuring all content is accurate, updated, and SEO-aligned.
Identifying and coordinating LKCMedicine’s participation in relevant roadshows, webinars, and professional conferences.
