Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment function for the assigned FC. This role focuses on driving hiring performance through recruitment process improvement, workforce planning, Vendor management, data analysis, and recruitment strategy execution. You will work closely with Operations, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure manpower targets are achieved while continuously enhancing recruitment efficiency, and overall hiring quality. In addition, you will lead the recruitment team of assigned FC, monitor hiring progress, and proactively identify market trends and operational challenges to develop effective hiring solutions.
What You Will Do
- Manage and lead the recruitment team of 1 FC.
- Optimize and standardize recruitment processes to improve overall hiring efficiency and quality
- Manage and monitor hiring progress for assigned FC to ensure manpower targets are achieved on schedule
- Execute both short-term and long-term workforce recruitment strategies
- Analyze recruitment data and conversion rates to continuously improve hiring performance
- Collaborate with Operations, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and market conditions
- Manage recruitment projects and hiring timelines to ensure recruitment quality and operational efficiency
- Manage external recruitment vendors, including performance tracking and relationship management
- Continuously monitor market hiring trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- At least 4 years of HR-related experience (recruitment experience is not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, project management, or cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose improvement solutions through data analysis
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Prior team management experience is preferred
