About the Role
The Agency Team enables and empowers agencies to succeed across Uber Advertising's platform in service of our mutual advertisers. As an Agency Solutions Associate Partner Manager, you will support the operational execution of our agency partnerships while developing deep expertise in Uber Advertising's products, processes, and performance metrics.
This role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of agencies, sales, and internal teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring our agency partnerships run smoothly day-to-day, with a primary focus on revenue tracking, reporting, and operational support, while gaining exposure to strategic agency relationships over time.
What You'll Do
Operational & Performance SupportOwn and maintain processes for tracking agency-driven revenue, agency partner attainment, and pacing against goalsSupport forecasting and likely billing reporting in partnership with sales and finance teamsPrepare performance data, insights, and materials to support business reviewsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across internal and external reportingAgency & Team SupportSupport the Agency Team with recurring tasks, ad hoc requests, and process improvements as the business scalesAssist with the creation and maintenance of agency-facing materials, playbooks, and documentationHelp coordinate agency enablement efforts such as trainings, office hours, and communicationsCross-Functional Collaboration & GrowthPartner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Measurement, and Finance to execute agency initiatives and resolve operational issuesBuild foundational expertise in Uber Advertising's products and measurement solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes that increase team efficiency and agency satisfactionGrow responsibility over time as expertise and confidence increaseBasic Qualifications3+ years of work experience, preferably at an agency or platform/ publisher sales (sales, product marketing, operations, etc.)Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications4+ years of agency or platform/ publisher sales (sales, product marketing, operations, etc.)Proven track record as a critical partner in building and maintaining a multi-million dollar advertising businessEmbodies and promotes the values ofUberExperience working in advertising, ad tech, or media environments, either at an agency, platform, or related partnerFamiliarity with agency holding company structures and how agencies operate across planning, buying, and measurementExposure to agency-facing workflows such as QBRs, pacing reviews, or joint reportingProduct proficiency and communication skillsExcellent account/project management and organizational skillsSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.Can easily manage data to understand insights and performance, and make recommendations from findingsYou're an advocate for progress, you lean into diversity and have extended yourself to advance our industryYou demonstrate a passion for leading and motivating othersYou are a trust-builder who leads with respect of others in the businessFor New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$83,500 per year - USD$92,750 per year.
