Associate Brand Manager – COPD

Job Description

The Associate Brand & Customer Manager role represents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for patients. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating efforts on the launch of our new brand in the COPD space.

In this role, you will play a critical part within the Pharmaceutical Business Unit in Saudi Arabia, ensuring launch excellence and driving high-quality execution of brand strategies. You will maximize the value of the assigned brands by contributing to strategy shaping, leading implementation excellence, enabling field team execution, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Planning & Execution

• Contribute to the development of local brand strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Own and drive execution of brand plans end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.

2. Strategic Impact

• Actively lead brand planning cycles, bringing insights, recommendations, and execution perspectives.
• Own specific components of the brand plan (e.g., campaigns, channels, customer segments) with clear accountability.
