TheAssociate Director,Analyticswillbe dedicated to one of our largest client teams. TheADwill play a key role in driving clientmeasurementapproaches andinuncovering whatdidanddidn’tworktoachieveclient brand goals andtouse thisknowledgeto supportstrategic andtacticalplan optimizations.
Responsibilities
Supportandhelpimplement the strategic measurement vision for our client, including analytics roadmaps, measurement frameworks, learning agendas, strategic and tactical plan recommendations, and cadence and formats of client deliverables drawing on deep understanding and media measurement, analytics, our client’s business, and how analytics can best contribute to effective media planning.
Help evaluate and recommendmeasurementvendors and solutions to continuously drive innovation and operational excellence.
Identifyinsights derived from existing measurement solutions and media reporting and ensure that insights are actionable for media planning/buying and ladder up to overall client strategic objectives.
Manage2 people (a senior analyst and analyst)in organizing and analyzing data tofacilitateinsightsbut be a part of a largerclientanalytical team and be ready to flex as needed.
Become a trusted advisoron analyticalmeasurement to clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
6-7years ofrelevantexperience, including media agency experience.
Possesses foundational mediaexpertiseacrossboth traditional and digital media channels, including Linear TV, CTV, Digital, Programmatic, Social, Streaming Audio and Podcasting, and OOH.
Experience working onadvertiser’scross-channel campaigns. Working knowledgeof the marketing and media strategies of brand advertisers and the media measurement approaches relevant to brand marketingand a desire to focus on this.
Experience workingclosely across media planning and brand strategy teams to develop reporting methodologies / approaches that match back to campaign brand goals client needs.
Possessdeepunderstandingofbrand liftmeasurement.
Capableofbuildingtrusted relationships with internal cross-functional teamsandwith clients asneeded.
Knowledge of statistical significance and ability to ensure and communicate relative confidence and risk levels.
Strong analysis capabilities. Must be able to peel through layers of data,identifyimportant findings, and deliver analysis and insight in a constructive and concise manner to both internal teams and external client constituents.
Experience with media measurement companies such as Nielsen, KantarMillwardBrown,Dynata,Upwave, DISQO,etc.. Solid understanding of survey design for media impact measurement.
Prior management of teams of analytics professionalsat manager/analyst level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create client-ready presentations with guidanceas neededand the ability to explainresultswhen communicating with and presenting to clients.
Additionalhelpful skills
Exposure to syndicated research sources/tools (Gfk, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, comScore), data visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama.
Knowledgeof typical proprietary agency planning tools.
Understanding of cross-channel analytics including mix modeling/econometric analysis, digital attribution, and digital/cross-media brand studies and the ability to deriveappropriate insightsfrom each
Understanding of Ad Operations and QA procedures.

Salary Range
$125,000.00 - $145,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
