We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for a Associate Director, Offering Management to join our team based in Almaty.

The Associate Director, Offering Management will develop new healthcare and pharma focused services by starting from clients needs.

The role will involve coordinating cross functional teams - development, production, marketing to bring the service to the market. It includes developing strategies to expand existing contracts and identify new business opportunities, as well as defining and designing data products based on market demand, shaping new offerings and managing them through the full lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role based in Almaty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify evolving client needs from within pharma and healthcare companies and translate them into new service concepts.

• Define what data is required and how to structure it for each new service.

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, coordinating internal functional teams.
