We are currently on the lookout foranAssociate - IT Field Support Servicesto join ourField IT Supportteam.
What you willbe responsible for:
IT Infrastructure & Operations Management:Maintainthe organization’s IT infrastructure, including internal/external networks, corporate equipment, and overall system reliability and connectivity.
End-User Support & Service Delivery:Provide proactive IT support (onsite and remote) for all users, including MAC and PC environments; ensuretimelyresolution of issues, including after-hourssupport for critical incidents.Act as a liaison between business units and central IT/cybersecurity teams to ensuretimelydelivery of required solutions and services.
Incident & Ticket Management:Manage support requests through ServiceNow; provide regular updates, escalate critical/aging tickets, and perform trend analysis to improve service delivery.
Perform other duties asrequired.
What you need to have to apply for this position:
Abachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent qualification/experience.
1yearof experience in IT Support.
Experience troubleshooting both Mac and PC/Windows operating systems.
Experiencein networking technologies such as DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wirelesstechnologies.
Experience in File Management Systems,assetmanagement and tracking, machine provisioning, compliance practices, Cisco/Arubanetworking equipment, enterprisesecurity and enterprise video conferencing systemswould be an added advantage.
Experience in managing equipment such asprinters,projectors,sound systems, etc.
Willingnessto worknon-traditional hours.
A proventrack recordas an IT/Technical supportspecialistin a reputed organization supporting a large user basewould be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal andcustomer care skills.
Experience with Office 365,MicrosoftIntune,Azure Active Directory,Service Now,andConfluencewould be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
