Position Overview: As an Associate Manager, Cell Therapy Supply Chain at Immatics, you will serve as a global process owner within the Global Patient Supply team. You will oversee the patient journey from screening through treatment across TCR-based immunotherapy platforms, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient products from leukapheresis collection to drug product infusion across clinical operations, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Coordinate logistics providers responsible for transportation of patient materials, ensuring chain of custody and identity.
- Support CMO activities including logistics support and storage capacity management.
- Manage auxiliary medicinal products for clinical trials.
- Serve as primary contact for clinical sites regarding scheduling and inquiries related to patient journey activities.
- Support clinical site onboarding, training, and certification/permit applications related to import/export of patient materials.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in biotech or pharma industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and communicate problems.
- Ability to anticipate future risks and create mitigation plans.
- Experience with cell therapies and GxP awareness.
- Matrix leadership skills and ability to work cross-departmentally.
- Fluency in English required; German preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Sedentary office position requiring sitting at least 50% of the time with moderate noise levels and frequent use of office equipment.
- Ability to talk, walk, hear, communicate verbally and in writing required.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
- Travel may be required occasionally for company events or professional development.
Additional Information:
- Full-time, on-site schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Stafford, TX location.
