
The Associate Culinary Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the Culinary Innovation Team through recipe input, logistical coordination, product ordering, event organization and overall team support.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Product Innovation team in delivering against organizational and personal goals, objectives, and strategies
• Data input in recipe management system (Agile) as is required by Developers and/or Director of Culinary.
• Assist in coordination of product showings (Pipeline, Senior Leadership, FPAC, BOD, FAC) with direction from Director of Culinary.
• Coordinate Social Engagement Activations specific to food coordination/ordering & planning.
• Assist in execution of SONIC Conventions and Principal Meetings
• Support Culinary team with product showings for various events (BOD, FAC, FPAC)
• Coordinate and manage food/beverage ordering for CLT’s, photoshoots and test kitchen
• Other duties assigned as needed.
Requirements:
4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
2-3 years’ experience of project management experience with a high-level attention to details
Team player; collegial - good at supporting teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills & presentation capabilities
Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize & follow through on assigned responsibilities

Accuracy & attention to detail is an absolute must
