Job Summary
The Medical Director is responsible for representing and advocating for the Physician Assistant Program in the medical community. Primary responsibilities include leadership, teaching, and participation in all aspects of curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. The Medical Director will also assist in maintaining accreditation standards and participating in any activities necessary to maintain Northeastern at the forefront of Physician Assistant (PA) education.
The position of Medical Director is a non-tenure track faculty position. The position is a 52-week, 0.1 FTE, non-tenure track faculty position.

Pay Range:
52-week salary ranges: Associate Clinical Professor: $131,000 – $165,000* | Clinical Professor: $165,000 - $185,000* | *Additional Administrative stipend to apply to Director duties.With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
